Besides Procuring the Raw Material from the best Manufacturers, we ensure manufacturing & processing under strict quality control norms to produce the best quality transformers for reliable & efficient working. This is the reasons the transformer manufactured by us have long trouble free life and are almost maintenance free.

WINDING

With experience of more than 20 years we have developed robust design of winding to bear Short circuits, Lightning Impulse and are designed for low stray losses. The insulating paper is Electrical grade kraft paper manufactured by reputed companies like TOMOGEWA , Weidmann, ITC, ABB, Senapathy Symons, Dupont(NOMEX). Extreme care is taken during manufacturing of winding to achieve desired mechanical and electrical strength. 

ELECTRICAL STAMPING/CRGO

Transformer stampings are assembled from Prime Grade cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) silicon steel.. CRGO coils are then slit and cut to size based on the specific transformer design requirements. To achieve the desired core losses as per the technical requirement of the customer, cut to size of CRGO is annealed to reduce losses. The CRGO is assembled in step lap construction to reduce No load losses & current.

CORE/WINDING ASSEMBLY

The windings are assembled in the core and are supported radially by a carefully designed number of pre-compressed press boards spacers to withstand the radial forces generated under short circuits. Out of balanced axial forces are countered by clamping the winding in position, ensuring the entire service life oftransformers. The core and winding assembly is dried in an electric oven to achieve desired Insulation levels before final tanking.

TANK

Tanks are fabricated out of a good quality MS sheets. The Tanks are designed as per customer specification. The quality of steel, workmanship and pressure testing of welding joints ensure top quality, leak proof containers for efficiently designed transformers. Fabricated out of good quality steel sheet & 100% tested for Air and Vacuum Pressure test.

TESTING

Quality control is augmented substantially by a well-equipped laboratory capable of carrying out various routine tests and type tests specified in various national/ international standards. Each and every transformer is thoroughly tested before it leaves the factory.
